LPI Examinations on 29th September 2007 (LPIC 201, 202 offered)

We’re happy to announce that we’ll be organizing an LPI certification session. The Linux Professional Institute (LPI) is a non-profit organization geared to provide professional certification for the Linux Community.

This would be an excellent opportunity for working professionals, students and interested individuals to get certified at a low cost.

Details follow:

Date of certification exam: 29th September 2007
Proctor: Dr. Nah Soo Hoe
Cost: RM 200 per paper
Length of examination: 90 minutes
Deadline for registration and payment: 31st August 2007

Important note: The price has been increased from RM 180 to RM 200 due to changes in the LPIC pricing.

To register for the certification, send an email to ditesh at gathani.org and include the following information:

1) Full Name
2) NRIC Number
3) Contact Number
4) Certification exam you wish to take

Available exams include LPIC 101, LPIC 102, LPIC 201 and LPIC 202.

You can take all the exams on the same day as we will arrange the timing carefully to ensure candidates will be able to seat for all the papers they register for. Payment information will be sent to you once you have registered. You will need to make payment by the 31st August 2007 for us to be able to order the papers.

Please do note that payment made is not refundable once the papers have been ordered. The exam is held at cost and as such, further discounts are not possible.
