The wisdom of extracting teeth (part 3)
Looks like another wisdom tooth will be removed tomorrow. The gums have been aching in the general area of the last remaining wisdom tooth, and it’s best to get rid of it immediately lest complications and infections set in.
This year has seen the wisdom teeth rebelling and wanting to claim independence. The first extraction had an infection festering as I put off removing it whilst the second and third extraction required a minor surgery (due to molar impaction). I’m hoping tomorrow’s extraction will go smoothly.
Now, if only Malaysians insurance companies covered dental! Them dentist can be bloody expensive (though, admittedly, the pain avoided makes it certainly worth the money).
